找資料的時候發現原來Biogas digester (anaerobic digesters) 在大陸是很有名的。

Rural households in China are already using biogas for cooking and electricity.
The Chinese government is trying to promote the use of biogas, because of the environmental advantages and that the biogas digester helps to reduce poverty to some extent.

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has funded a biogas project in western rural Guangxi (one of the beneficiaries is a Yao village) and even produced "Gas Gas Gas" a 22-min documentary film about it. http://www.ifad.org/media/video/index.htm#gas
According to the video, the cost of building one digester is around US$260.

不過IFAD好像是發錢單位，不是技術單位。
